📜 Terms of Service – Kima

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kima (website or app), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please don't use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate info.
• Keep your login secure.
• Be responsible for activity on your account.
• If you're under 15, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. Use of the Service

Kima provides personalized basketball training and insights. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws.
• Post harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
• Use Kima to harass or harm others.
• Reverse engineer or misuse our systems.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Kima offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as unlimited coached sessions and full access to insights.

• Billing. Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play). Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price and length. The subscription price and billing period are shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by region. We may change prices; any change applies only to future billing periods and, where required by law, only after notice.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple or Google and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. There is no refund for the unused portion of a current billing period. App Store refund requests are handled by Apple; Google Play refunds by Google.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding on Kima are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without permission.

You retain rights to videos or performance data you upload, but you give Kima a license to use it internally to improve our services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

Kima provides guidance and recommendations, but results vary.

We're not liable for injuries or outcomes from training.

Kima is offered "as is". We don't guarantee it will always work perfectly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kima is not liable for indirect damages or losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be handled in local courts unless otherwise agreed.
